Allen is a recognised pioneer in social intelligence technology and a recipient of the Social Intelligence Tech Pioneer award. A Microsoft MVP (AI) and Regional Director, he has deep expertise in video search and big data analytics Allen holds a PhD in computer-vision in addition to being a Chartered Engineer and holding numerous other academic qualifications (CEng, MSc, Dip Law). He is also a fellow of the British Computing Society and author of multiple patents.
